Summary: The interactive SMART Goals course is designed to help the learner understand what are SMART goals and help them convert their own goals into SMART goals by the end of the course.

Challenge: We all set our goals, and often we fail to achieve them. It happens because we haven’t thought deeply about our goals and fail to plan our steps to reach goals well. If one knows this SMART Goals technique of goal setting and implements it while setting the goal, it is highly likely the goal is achieved in a given time frame.

Solution: In this course, the learner is walked through the SMART goals technique so that achieving his target becomes easier as he is aware of the smarter way of setting a goal and all risks and constraints are considered while setting the goal.

Result: Using SMART goal technique, learners’ posibility of achieving the goal has improved drastically.
