Summary: This instructional design document offers a solution to a leading anti-virus service provider ‘Jackfruit’. The company has not been performing well in the past few years and the revenue has been consistently low despite all sales and marketing efforts. Jackfruit seems to never meet the deadlines for the new product launches as they encounter slow product development. This ultimately leads to customer breach of trust and customer dissatisfaction. The employees are talented, loyal, and hardworking; however, their performance seems to be an issue.
Challenge:Human Resource Department conducted several surveys to identify the reasons behind the employee performance gaps and has initiated a Training Program to bridge those gaps. One of the factors identified was the waste of employees’ time in attending ineffective and unnecessary meetings.
Solution:The company employees are equipped with all the knowledge regarding conducting productive meetings through e-learning. They are also provided with an array of tools and job aids to help them lead effective meetings successfully.
Result: The leading effective meetings e-learning course helped to boost employee performance. The employees succeeded in reducing the time they spend attending the business meetings by 20%. This also includes time saved by cutting unwarranted meetings.
