Devolina Deshmukh

I blend creativity with technical expertise to help clients build meaningful, results-driven learning experiences. With a background in engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, my passion for digital learning led me to pursue a formal diploma in instructional design — and I haven’t looked back since.

I specialize in crafting high-quality, engaging e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Inkscape, and Audacity. My approach is grounded in instructional theory and strategy, but always infused with innovation and heart.

I’m optimistic, assertive, and highly goal-oriented — always eager to take on exciting challenges and push creative boundaries. Whether it’s developing a course from scratch, optimizing an existing learning solution, or integrating automation with tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or AI workflows like n8n, I bring precision, strategy, and a problem-solving mindset to every project.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new interests, learning about astrology, and spending quality time with my curious and ever-growing 3-year-old daughter — who keeps me just as inspired as the work I do.
