What I’d Do Differently Now
Today, I’d revamp the UI for a mobile-first experience using Rise, include AI-generated branching scenarios, and apply gamified storytelling to boost engagement.
My AI-Enhanced Workflow Now
Though this was pre-AI, I now use tools like ChatGPT, Synthesia, and Gamma to accelerate script writing, video production, and prototyping — reducing turnaround by up to 50%.
Articulate Storyline Course: CREATING SMART GOALS (Prototype)

Client Type: Corporate Training Provider (Fictional: Infopro Technologies)
Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Audacity
My Role: Research, Scripting, Storyboarding, Visual Design, Development
Time to Develop: 30 hours
About This Project
This course was created as a rapid prototype early in my ID career to demonstrate how behavioral change can be driven through practical frameworks like SMART goal-setting.
It guides learners through:
- The five elements of SMART goals
- Real-life examples and micro-scenarios
- A hands-on activity where learners rewrite their own goals using the SMART framework
What I’d Do Differently Now
I’d elevate the course with a goal conversion simulator, allowing learners to input their personal goals and receive AI-assisted feedback to make them SMART. I’d also incorporate interactive journaling and downloadable templates to support self-reflection and real-time progress tracking.
My AI-Enhanced Workflow Now
Today, I’d accelerate development using ChatGPT for content drafting, Miro for visual planning and mapping goal frameworks, and Synthesia for quick, polished voiceover videos. To streamline collaboration, I’d also set up automated content review workflows with n8n, making the process faster and more efficient — without losing the human touch.
Articulate Rise Course: Optimizing Work From Home

Client Type: Corporate Training (Fictional: TSR Learning)
Tools Used: Articulate Rise 360
My Role: Research, Scripting, Storyboarding, Visual Design, Development
Time to Develop: 10 hours
About This Project
Created during the early shift to remote work, this quick-reference Rise course was designed to help professionals adapt to work-from-home setups with minimal disruption. The course focuses on actionable tips for productivity, time management, and sustaining a healthy work-life balance.
With a clean layout and responsive design, it offered a simple but effective learning experience — ideal for busy learners adjusting to a new routine.
What I’d Do Differently Now
I’d enhance this course by adding AI-generated productivity quizzes, interactive planning templates, and Slack or calendar integration tips to make it even more relevant for hybrid and remote teams today.
My AI-Enhanced Workflow Now
With AI-enhanced workflows, I now use ChatGPT for script refinement and n8n to automate learner follow-ups or reminders — helping clients deploy quick, high-impact learning faster than ever.

Instructional Design Document: Leading Effective Meetings

sisClient Type: Enterprise Software Company (Fictional: Jackfruit)
Tools Used: MS Word
My Role: Instructional Designer
Time to Develop: 15 hours
About This Project
This project was a deep-dive into instructional strategy and needs analysis. The design document outlines a learning solution to address a real performance issue: excessive time spent in unproductive meetings. It serves as the foundation for an eLearning course focused on helping employees lead and participate in effective meetings.
This Instructional Design Document is about solving a business problem. I’ve included the full instructional design document to showcase how research, performance analysis, and solution mapping came together to drive measurable impact. It reflects how I approach training as a strategic function — not just a deliverable.
Instructional Design Document: Fireworks Safety Training

isClient Type: Local Government (Fictional: Nickelton Township)
Tools Used: PowerPoint
My Role: Instructional Designer
Time to Develop: 20 hours
About This Project
This instructional design document was created as a proactive learning solution to address the rising misuse of fireworks in a New Jersey township. The focus was on educating residents about the amended state laws, raising awareness about safety risks, and reducing accidents through clear, community-focused training.
This Instructional Design Document was an intentional learning design strategy. The document outlines training objectives, delivery methods, and assessment approaches. It showcases how instructional design can be applied to solve real-world public safety issues and influence behavioral change at a community level.
